Tracking System and Mixed Reality (AR)

Logistics reinvented from pen and paper to the digital space age with QR Codes linked to Personnel Training via 3D Glasses.

1. The Chaos of Inventory

Imagine a manufacturing yard or industrial hub where vital spare parts, axles, and entire batches of materials pass down the line for hours in disconnected flows. The company relied on semi-robust systems (dispatch notes or unstandardized spreadsheets) to create the catalog for each engineering batch. This led to misplacement of assets and, in particular, massive times spent training the newly arrived mechanic to "find the parts" amidst noisy factory aisles.

2. Mobile Development and Smart Glasses

The modernization attacked through two immersions: Digital Cloud and Mixed Reality (AR).

First: we developed a dynamic system (Mobile Phone App). Instead of complex notes, each part received a highly durable infrared QR code seal generated by us which, when read on the screen of any company agent's smartphone, revealed everything from the atomic maintenance numbers of that plate to the final storage guidelines in a digital bank accessible by all simultaneously.

Second: the app was integrated with 3D Holographic Training Glasses interactions. We modeled the firm's layout virtually on the servers.

3. Symbiotic Integration and Empowerment

Results weren't only observed in the annual checkout with a positive balance due to minimal logistical losses. They were lived indoors in the human revolution.

Fail-Proof Inventory

Entire catalogs could be updated, read in the palm of a hand, and audited instantly by yard inspection via camera capture, shielding the manufacturing network against routine breaks.

Accelerated Immersion

Employees previously assigned to hours of tedious theoretical study now put on the headset and are guided by arrows and floating warning panels over a holographic tactile simulation.
